This Accessibility Statement ("Statement") is made by ONE Studios Ltd., a company incorporated in Israel ("LUCY," "we," "us," or "our"), in respect of all LUCY services described in section 2 (together, the "Services"). It is published in accordance with Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and is intended also to meet the information requirements of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882). It does not limit any right you have under applicable law.
1. Our commitment
LUCY is committed to making its services usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, and to improving their accessibility continually. This applies to every LUCY product: the website, the web app and the iPhone, iPad and Android apps. We make our best efforts to conform with the standards in section 3, and we treat accessibility problems as defects to be fixed, not as optional improvements.
2. Scope
This Statement applies to every LUCY service:
- the website at lucysounds.com, including all of its pages (the "Website");
- the LUCY web application at app.lucysounds.com, including its public pages such as sign-in, sign-up and artist link pages (the "Web App");
- the LUCY app for iPhone and iPad, available on the App Store, and the LUCY app for Android, available on Google Play (the "Apps"). The Apps display the Web App inside the app, so what this Statement says about the Web App applies to them as well.
LUCY provides its services online only and does not operate premises open to the public; this Statement therefore contains no information on physical accessibility.
3. Standards applied
We design, build and test the Services against the following standards:
- Israeli Standard IS 5568, "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines", at conformance level AA, as required by the Regulations referred to above;
- the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), applied to the Apps in line with the W3C guidance on applying WCAG to mobile applications;
- the harmonised European standard EN 301 549, "Accessibility requirements for ICT products and services", as it applies to web content and to software.
We also have regard to our obligations under the UK Equality Act 2010 and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
4. Conformance status
LUCY makes its best efforts to conform with these standards. Each of the Website, the Web App and the Apps is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA and IS 5568 level AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the standard: content supplied by third parties inside their own frames (section 8). Hands-on testing with screen readers has not yet been completed (section 9).
5. How we keep the Services accessible
- Accessibility in how we build. Accessibility is part of our design and development process: we check pages and screens against the standards in section 3 when we build or change them, and accessibility defects are fixed with the same priority as other defects.
- Accessibility in what we buy. When we choose third-party tools that appear in the Services, we take their accessibility into account, and we add our own fixes where a tool falls short (section 8).
- Responding without delay. We answer accessibility requests and complaints within five business days, and provide the information or service by another means while a problem is being fixed (section 10).
6. Accessibility measures in place
On the Website:
- Structure. Pages are built with semantic HTML: one main heading per page, headings in order, and landmarks for the header, navigation, main content and footer, so that assistive technology can move through them.
- Keyboard operation. All navigation, links, buttons and forms can be operated with a keyboard. A "Skip to main content" link is the first item on every page, and a visible focus outline shows which element is selected.
- Text and contrast. Body text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background, and large text at least 3:1. Pages can be zoomed to 200% without loss of content and follow the text size set in the browser.
- Images and media. Informative images have text alternatives; decorative images, including blog cover photographs, are hidden from assistive technology because the adjacent title carries their meaning. Product videos on the Website are silent, and what they show is also stated in the text beside them.
- Forms. Every form field has a visible label, required fields are identified, and errors are shown in text and announced to screen readers on the contact form.
- Motion. Where a visitor's device is set to reduce motion, animations and smooth scrolling are switched off and videos do not play automatically. On the homepage, a "Pause animations" control, reached by pressing Tab, stops the moving content.
- Mobile. The Website adapts to phone screens without horizontal scrolling, and content that is long on a phone (for example the glossary, the footer and lesson lists) can be expanded section by section.
In the Web App and the Apps:
- Structure and keyboard. Every signed-in screen has a "Skip to main content" link, one main heading, a main content landmark and a labelled main navigation, and the sign-in screen is marked as the page's main content.
- Names for controls. Buttons and links that show only an icon have a spoken name (for example "Add a story", "Dismiss" and "Import releases"), and profile pictures are hidden from assistive technology because the person's name is shown beside them.
- Text and contrast. Text on the sign-in, sign-up and public artist link pages and on the signed-in screens (Dashboard, Studio, Analytics, Promotion, Settings and Academy), including navigation labels and the cookie consent banner, meets the contrast ratios described above.
- Motion. Animations follow the reduce-motion setting of the device or browser, including on iPhone, iPad and Android.
7. Compatibility
The Website and the Web App are designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge on desktop and on iOS and Android devices, and with the screen readers commonly used with them (VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA and JAWS). The Apps are designed for current versions of iOS, iPadOS and Android and their built-in screen readers, VoiceOver and TalkBack. The Services rely on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA.
8. Third-party content and known limitations
Some parts of the Services are provided by third parties: the cookie consent banner (CookieScript), the reviews widget (Trustpilot), the live chat (Brevo), the security check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) and payment pages (Stripe, and in the Apps, Apple and Google in-app purchase). We include the parts shown on our own pages in our testing, add accessible names to their frames and buttons, and keep a visible focus outline on them; at the date of this Statement they pass the tests described in section 9. Content shown inside their frames, and payment pages hosted by the provider, may change without notice.
If anything in the Services prevents you from using them, contact us (section 10). We will help you complete the task another way, including with our support team, while we fix it. At the date of this Statement we are not aware of any part of the Services, other than content inside third-party frames, that does not conform to the standards in section 3.
9. Assessment method
We assess the Services by self-evaluation. Every page of the Website was tested with the axe-core engine against WCAG 2.2 level A and AA rules at desktop and phone widths, checked for reflow at a width of 320 pixels (no content lost and no scrolling sideways), and tested with a keyboard only for focus order, a visible focus indicator and the absence of keyboard traps. For the Web App, the public pages (sign-in, sign-up and artist link pages) and 23 signed-in screens, including each of their tabs (among them Dashboard, Studio, Analytics, Promotion, Settings, Academy, Explore, Notifications, Social feed, Messages, Collaborate and Help), were tested in the same way while signed in to a Free plan account. The issues found were fixed. The Apps display the same screens. Hands-on testing of the Services with VoiceOver, TalkBack and NVDA, including in the Apps on iPhone and Android, is scheduled, and its results will be reflected in this Statement. The most recent assessment was completed on 25 September 2026.
10. Accessibility coordinator and feedback
If you have difficulty using any part of the Services, or wish to report an accessibility problem or request information in another format, please contact our accessibility coordinator:
- Accessibility coordinator: Accessibility Coordinator, LUCY (ONE Studios Ltd.)
- Email: [email protected], with "Accessibility" in the subject line
- Telephone: +44 7520 604953

Please tell us which service you were using (the Website, the Web App or an App, and your device), the page or screen concerned, and what went wrong. We will acknowledge your message within five business days and tell you how and when we will resolve it. While a problem is being fixed, we will provide the information or service you need by another means.
11. Alternative formats
On request, we will provide information published in the Services in an accessible alternative format, such as large print, plain text or an accessible electronic document, without charge.
12. Complaints and enforcement
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may write to [email protected]. You may also contact the body responsible for accessibility in your country, including the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Israeli Ministry of Justice, the Equality Advisory and Support Service in the United Kingdom, or the national enforcement body designated under the European Accessibility Act in your EU member state. Nothing in this Statement affects your right to bring a claim under applicable law.
13. Review of this Statement
We review this Statement whenever any of the Services changes significantly, and in any case at least once a year. This Statement was prepared on 25 September 2026 and last reviewed on 25 September 2026.
