Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct and content standards for the LUCY platform. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use. Violations may result in content removal, account restrictions, suspension, termination, and other remedies described below.

1. Introduction

1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the LUCY platform and related services (the "Service") provided by ONE Studios ("we," "us," "our").

• Uses copyrighted music, lyrics, or other content without proper clearance
• Violates publicity or privacy rights of individuals
• Contains counterfeit or pirated material

2.4 Harmful or Dangerous Content

• Promotes violence, terrorism, or extremist ideologies
• Contains graphic violence or disturbing imagery
• Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Provides instructions for dangerous or illegal activities
• Contains content that could cause physical or psychological harm

2.5 Hate Speech and Discrimination

• Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Contains slurs, derogatory language, or offensive symbols
• Promotes supremacist ideologies or hate groups
• Targets individuals or groups for harassment based on protected characteristics

2.6 Sexual Content

• Contains explicit sexual content or pornography
• Sexualizes minors or contains child sexual abuse material
• Promotes prostitution or human trafficking
• Contains non-consensual intimate imagery
• Promotes sexual violence or exploitation

2.7 Harassment and Bullying

• Targets specific individuals for harassment, bullying, or intimidation
• Contains threats of violence or harm
• Promotes stalking or doxxing
• Encourages coordinated harassment campaigns
• Contains content intended to humiliate or degrade individuals

2.8 Misinformation and Deception

• Contains false or misleading information that could cause harm
• Promotes conspiracy theories or dangerous misinformation
• Impersonates other individuals, organizations, or entities
• Contains deepfakes, or unauthorized AI-generated voice or likeness clones of real artists, or other manipulated media without disclosure
• Spreads false information about health, safety, or emergency situations

2.9 Spam and Low-Quality Content

• Consists primarily of spam, repetitive, or low-quality content
• Contains excessive promotional material or advertisements
• Includes misleading titles, descriptions, or metadata
• Contains content designed solely to manipulate algorithms or metrics
• Includes excessive or irrelevant tags or keywords

3. PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR

3.1 Fraudulent Activities

You may not:

• Engage in artificial streaming, bot activity, or fake play generation
• Use multiple accounts to manipulate metrics or circumvent restrictions
• Purchase or sell fake plays, followers, or engagement
• Engage in click fraud or other deceptive practices
• Manipulate royalty payments or revenue sharing systems
• Distribute the same release through another distributor or aggregator at the same time (double-distribution)
• Use fraudulent or stolen payment methods, or file bad-faith subscription chargebacks
• Provide false information during account registration or verification
• Create accounts using stolen or fraudulent identity information

3.2 Harassment and Abuse

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Engage in coordinated harassment campaigns
• Stalk or repeatedly contact users who have asked you to stop
• Share private information about other users without consent
• Create accounts specifically to evade blocks or restrictions
• Encourage others to harass or abuse specific users

3.3 Platform Manipulation

You may not:

• Attempt to manipulate search results, recommendations, or discovery algorithms
• Engage in vote manipulation or fake reviews
• Create fake accounts or use automated systems to inflate metrics
• Coordinate with others to artificially boost content performance
• Use misleading metadata or tags to gain unfair visibility

3.4 Commercial Abuse

You may not:

• Use the Service primarily for commercial purposes without authorization
• Engage in unauthorized advertising or promotional activities
• Sell access to your account or transfer accounts to others
• Use the Service to promote competing platforms or services
• Engage in pyramid schemes, multi-level marketing, or similar activities

4. TECHNICAL MISUSE

4.1 System Interference

You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's servers or networks
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Overload the Service with excessive requests or traffic
• Attempt to crash, disable, or impair the Service

4.2 Unauthorized Access and Hacking

You may not:

• Hack, crack, or attempt to breach the Service's security
• Access other users' accounts without authorization
• Attempt to decrypt encrypted data or communications
• Use brute force attacks or other unauthorized access methods
• Exploit security vulnerabilities for any purpose
• Share or distribute security exploits or vulnerabilities

4.3 Reverse Engineering and Data Extraction

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Extract, scrape, or harvest data from the Service without authorization
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the Service
• Attempt to recreate or duplicate the Service's functionality
• Access the Service through unauthorized third-party applications
• Circumvent rate limiting or usage restrictions

5. AI AND TECHNOLOGY MISUSE

5.1 AI Feature Abuse

You may not:

• Attempt to manipulate or deceive AI analysis systems
• Use AI-generated insights for harmful or illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer AI models or algorithms
• Use AI features to generate content that violates this AUP
• Attempt to extract training data from AI models
• Use AI features to create deepfakes or other deceptive content

5.2 Data Poisoning and Model Manipulation

You may not:

• Upload content specifically designed to corrupt AI models
• Attempt to bias AI systems through coordinated content uploads
• Use adversarial techniques to fool AI analysis
• Attempt to extract proprietary information through AI interactions

6. CONTENT MODERATION AND REPORTING

6.1 Content Review

6.1.1 We employ both automated systems and human reviewers to monitor content and user behavior for compliance with this AUP.

6.1.2 We may review content before it becomes publicly available or after it has been published.

6.1.3 We reserve the right to remove content that violates this AUP without prior notice.

6.2 User Reporting

6.2.1 Users can report content or behavior that violates this AUP through our reporting system.

6.2.2 We investigate all reports and take appropriate action based on our findings.

6.2.3 False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporting user's account.

• Prohibition from creating new accounts

7.4 Account Suspension

For serious or repeated violations, we may temporarily suspend accounts:

• Suspended users cannot access most Service features
• Content may remain visible but cannot be modified
• Monetization and payments may be suspended

7.5 Account Termination

For severe violations or repeated offenses, we may permanently terminate accounts:

• Outstanding payments may be forfeited
• User is prohibited from creating new accounts

7.6 Revenue and Payment Actions

For violations related to monetization or fraud, we may:

• Claw back payments made for fraudulent activity
• Permanently disable monetization features
• Report fraudulent activity to payment processors
• Pursue legal action for financial damages

7.7 Legal and Regulatory Reporting

• Provide evidence of violations to authorities
• Report to relevant regulatory bodies

8. REPEAT OFFENDERS

8.1 We maintain records of policy violations and enforcement actions.

8.2 Users with multiple violations may face escalated enforcement actions, including:

• Longer suspension periods
• More restrictive account limitations
• Permanent termination for repeated serious violations
• Prohibition from creating new accounts

8.3 We may consider the severity, frequency, and pattern of violations when determining appropriate enforcement actions.

9. CIRCUMVENTION OF ENFORCEMENT

9.1 Attempting to circumvent enforcement actions is prohibited and may result in additional penalties:

• Creating new accounts to evade suspensions or bans
• Using other users' accounts to continue prohibited activities
• Technical circumvention of restrictions or blocks
• Coordinating with others to evade enforcement

9.2 We employ various technical and procedural measures to detect and prevent circumvention attempts.

10. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT

10.1 We cooperate with law enforcement agencies and regulatory authorities when required by law.

10.2 We may disclose user information and content when:

• Required by valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, warrants)
• Necessary to prevent imminent harm or danger
• Required to comply with applicable laws and regulations
• Necessary to protect our rights and property

10.3 We maintain records that may be relevant to legal investigations and proceedings.

11. DIGITAL SERVICE PROVIDER COMPLIANCE

11.1 Content distributed through DSPs must comply with each platform's specific policies and requirements.

11.2 Violations of DSP policies may result in:

• Removal of content from specific DSPs
• Suspension of distribution privileges
• Loss of revenue from affected platforms
• Permanent exclusion from certain DSPs

11.3 We are not responsible for DSP policy enforcement, but repeated DSP violations may affect your standing on our Service.

12. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

12.1 In addition to this AUP, users are expected to follow community guidelines that promote:

• Respectful interaction with other users
• Constructive feedback and criticism
• Support for fellow creators and artists
• Positive contribution to the platform community
• Ethical business practices and fair competition
